As a woman and a mother this morning, i was challenged by this scripture - what KIND am I ... that i will reproduce to my children? Am I a God-fearing kind...or a seasonal Christian kind...?

Overcoming Anger

This is one of forceful emotions after hurt. None of us ask for it or plan it, but it suddenly cling to us as a way of revenge.
Well it is certainly not good for us or the situation. To overcome it you need to try the following:

Make up your mind not to be ruled by it.
Always calm-down in the face of adversity
Take things easy - don't jump into overboard conclusions
Learn to forgive for your own sake...

DEDICATION

I never thought of this, but I dedicate this book to all the survivors of broken heart, sleepless nights, bearers of pain.

To all of you women, who know what this book is all about - its for you.

You survived last time, you will survive again. The good thing to know is that you are not the only one...hurting...that I know.

Sudden loss

Death is always not the best news for anybody...it can hurt one for many years after. But Christ has the ability to heal us and enable us to face another day. The bible says the Holy Spirit is the comforter, trust me He performs that role best in this time.

Since I heard this song this morning it never departed my spirit. Maybe it's because I relate to it and I agree with it.
