Overcoming Anger

This is one of forceful emotions after hurt. None of us ask for it or plan it, but it suddenly cling to us as a way of revenge.
Well it is certainly not good for us or the situation. To overcome it you need to try the following:

Make up your mind not to be ruled by it.
Always calm-down in the face of adversity
Take things easy - don't jump into overboard conclusions
Learn to forgive for your own sake...
